6 visitors, believed by Indonesian immigration officials to have links with motorcycle gangs in Australia, were refused entry to Bali on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 and placed on planes back to Sydney

According to, refused entry on November 8th were Kosh Radford (38), leader of “The Finks” motorcycle gang ; his wife, Nila Joshan; Soraya Joshan, Radford’s mother-in-law; and the couple’s child, Ishmael Rashidi.

Radford’s family arrived from Sydney off Qantas Airlines QF-43 at 8:25 pm on Wednesday evening and told officials they were coming to Bali for a holiday.

Immigration found Radford’s name on a list of undesirables because of his affiliation with criminal gangs in Australia and refused the man entry to Indonesia.

The family was boarded on Qantas QF-44 bound for Sydney departing at 9:30 pm. says that two days later, on, Friday, November 10, 2017, Scott James Barbour and Troy Albert Foraniary were also refused entry because of purported links with Australian motorcycle groups when they arrived from Sydney on Garuda GA-735 at 3.38 pm.

Foraniary and Barbour were met by immigration officials as they disembarked the flight. After a brief interview in which their links to a motorcycle gang were confirmed, the two were escorted directly to the departure area for a return flight to Sydney.

As reported by the Australian press, Australian motorcycle gangs are believed to be involved in the operation of a number of cluba and bars in Bali.
